CI ICATI N C heavy-duty ackshaft operators are designed for large commercial and industrial doors provided that doors are driven by a drive shaft. Install control station away from all moving door parts, within sight of the door and a minimum of from the ground. Install entrapment warning sign next to control station. As a general rule, the door operator should be installed below the drive shaft and as close to the door as possible. ideal distance between the operator drive shaft and the door shaft is approximately cm to cm .

Install drive chain over sprockets, cut to a suitable length and connect with connecting link. ower or raise operator to ad ust chain tension so that there is no more than chain slack between sprockets. Tighten operator mounting bolts. Carefully re-align sprockets, if necessary and secure keyway and set screws. Install hand chain by wrapping it through chain guard holes and pocket wheel.
