5.8 Pause function

The cooking operation can be briefly paused using the Pause function.
To resume cooking you have to deactivate the Pause function.
During the cooking operation press the Pause key . will appear on the display.
To deactivate the Pause function press the Pause key and then any another key apart from the On/
off key.
For safety reasons, the Pause function is only available for 10 minutes, after which the hob switches
automatically off.
The set timer stops to then resume the countdown as soon as the Pause function is deactivated.

5.9 Timer

This function is used to set a timer, which will sound a buzzer at the end of the pre-set time (from 1 to 99
minutes).
5.9.1 Setting the timer
Press key and the display will show a flashing dot to indicate the timer has changed.
Set the required timer time using keys and (hold the keys down to set the time more quickly).
Using the timer does not switch off the cooking zones but rather informs the user when the set minutes
have run out.
The timer can be activated while the cooking zones are on or off.
5.9.2 End of set time
At the end of the previously set time, the hob will warn the user with a series of buzzers. Press key
to stop the buzzer.
5.9.3 Deactivating the timer
To deactivate the timer during the countdown, zero the set time using key . When the display shows
the timer will be deactivated.
