  • Page 11 2. DESCRIPTION 2.1) Compliance of use – The device is a drilling machine intended exclusively to perform vertical holes on railway wooden sleepers. It can be used both as a portable tool and in combination with the specific support trolley. Any other use, or use deemed to be outside of the specification of the device shall be regarded as improper use.

The capacitive touch button (13) may not work if touched using objects or when wearing gloves, therefore always operate it using a bare finger.

    After removing or inserting the battery, ensure that the rainproof cover (10) is closed securely. Check that the cover is closed laterally and correctly covers the battery compartment. If the rain- proof cover is positioned incorrectly, this may lead to water ingress, resulting in damage to the electrical components, the motor and the battery.
  • Page 16 5. INSTRUCTONS FOR USE Always remove the battery when fitting or removing the auger. Before starting the motor always check: • The precise positioning of the battery rainproof cover, especially around the battery area. • The integrity of the rainproof cover, the absence of cuts or abrasions; a damaged cover must be replaced in order to avoid ingress of water and moisture.

  • Page 33 Après le retrait ou l’insertion de la batterie, vérifier que le couvercle imperméable (10) est correctement positionné. Vérifiez que le couvercle s'adapte sur le côté et recouvre cor- rectement le compartiment de la batterie, aussi bien sur la partie supérieure qu’inférieure. Tout mauvais positionnement du couvercle imperméable peut provoquer des infiltrations d’eau, ce qui pourrait endommager le moteur et la batterie.

    2. BESCHREIBUNG 2.1) Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch – Das Gerät ist eine Akku-Bohrmaschine, die ausschließlich zum Bohren vertikaler Löcher in Eisen- bahnschwellen aus Holz geeignet ist. Sie kann sowohl als tragbares Werkzeug als auch in fahr- barer Ausführung, mit Hilfe des dafür bestimmten Montagewagens verwendet werden. Jede andere Verwendung, die außerhalb der Spezifikation der Maschine liegt, gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

  • Page 51 Vergewissern Sie sich nach Entfernen oder Einsetzen des Akkus stets, dass anschließend auch die Schutzkappe (10) wieder korrekt angebracht sind. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Schutzkappe an den Seiten korrekt anliegt und, ob die obere und untere Seite des Akkufach ordnungsgemäß abdeckt ist. Eine falsche Positionierung der Schutzkappe, kann ein Eindringen von Wasser und damit einherge- hende Beschädigung von Motor und Akku verursachen.

    Una vez alcanzado el número de horas de trabajo preestablecido S/N 24AX02 un mensaje en el display informa al operador de la necesidad de FW S1K848.. realizar la revisión. El taladro sigue funcionando, es recomendable enviarlo a CEMBRE (ref. al § 11) para una revisión completa.
  • Page 75 La temperatura óptima de almacenaje de las baterías se sitúa entre los 10°C y 30°C. Para una mejor protección, CEMBRE recomienda el uso de la caja metálica VAL-SD en la cual se pueden guardar el taladro, la protección móvil PRM-UN desmontada y las bolsas de tela para contener las baterías y el cargador.
