Keeping warm

Using the
Keeping warm
can keep food warm at the end of a
steam cooking programme. Food is kept
warm at a pre-set temperature for a
maximum of 15 minutes. You can cancel
the keeping warm process by opening
the door.
Please note that delicate food, espe-
cially fish, can continue cooking whilst
being kept warm.
