6. BEFORE INSTALLATION The inside of the appliance should be cleaned to remove all manufacturing residues. For further information about cleaning, see “13. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”. Before using the oven and the grill for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature long enough to burn off any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste. -
