Operating with improperly adjusted drive select lever.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
You may lose control of the gear shifting, which lead to
accident.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Make sure moving the shift lever into the "N" position and
neutral indicator lamp comes on before start the engine.
