Turn on the power supply.

The system will boot up a few times.

The BIOS will load the default settings.

Power Supply
Supports both ATX and AT power modes. VSB is for suspended power and can be
optional if not required by standby (suspend-to-RAM) support. The RTC battery may
be optional if date/timekeeping is not required.
Vin: 12V +/- 5%
VSB: 5V +/- 5% (suspend power)
RTC Battery Power: 2.0V - 3.3V

PWROK
Power OK from the main power supply. A high value indicates the power level is
good. This signal can be used to postpone module startup allowing carrier-based
FPGAs or other configurable devices time to be programmed.
