14 • WAP
Your phone features a WAP browser. You can browse
the WAP contents on the internet via the WAP
browser.
Before you can start using the WAP browser, you
need to configure the WAP settings.
Note: Philips is not liable to give prior notification nor
shall it bear any consequences for any failures arising
from changes in WAP configuration by your network
operator or changes in WAP address or contents by the
internet content provider. Please check with your
network operator and your internet content provider
for the most updated information.
Home page (Club Philips)
Select this menu to enter the home page directly. You
can set the home page address under Settings.
Bookmarks
You can add, manage or connect to the URL of the
bookmark entry directly via this menu.
WAP
Resume
You can enter the last web page you have browsed.
Enter address
Enter the URL of the web site you wish to browse and
start browsing the web pages.
Settings
You can set the following:
Select profile
A list of existing profiles will be displayed. You can tap
on any profile to activate it.
Edit homepage
You can set the URL of the home page.
Connection
Network account
You can select a network account from the available
network account list.
Proxy address
Allows you to enter the proxy address.
Connection type
Allows you to set the network connection type.
Proxy port
Allows you to enter the proxy port.
