Information privacy
You can protect important information on your
mobile phone, which includes SMS, phonebook and
call records.
You can set a password for all the three items, or only
for some items, or no password. Tap the selection box
at the end of each item to select or cancel selection and
then tap
soft key to
settings.
If you set a password for the above one or several
items, your phone will request you to enter the
password when you want to check or use these
features or access the menu. You can only use these
feature and the menu only with the correct password
entered.
If you enter an incorrect password, you will be alerted
that the password is incorrect. The information
privacy password is a 4-digit number. The default
password is 0000 and you can change it.
Change password
You can change your information privacy password.
Enter your old password and follow up with a new
password twice. The password will only be changed
when it is verified as correct.

Network settings

Preferred networks
Preferred network list is stored in the SIM card. It
specifies the priority by which the phone will register
to the network.
Show list
The preferred list will be displayed. The most
preferred network will be at the top of the list. Enter
Preferred
screen, select a certain network and tap
soft key. The screen will display
selected network will be moved to the top of the
preferred network list. This means it is the most
preferred network.
Delete list
Displays a list of preferred networks. You can select a
network from the list and delete it.
Available networks
The phone will start searching for available networks.
The list of networks will be displayed on the screen.
Select a certain network from the list and tap
key. The selected network will be added to the bottom
of the preferred network list.
