5. Removing the side panel (R)

Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1-1)

Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1-1)

Remove the cover panel. (See Photo 1-1)

Remove the inlet and outlet water pipe.*1 (See Photo 5-1)

Remove the side panel (R) fixing screws (2 for front, 1 for

right side, 2 for rear/ 5 ×12), then slide the cover panel for-

ward to remove it. (See Photo 5-1, 5-2)

*1 Drain the water in outdoor unit before removing the water pip-

ing
