• Specific dimensions of the protective zone are specified for each installation condition.
Refer to the figures for each case.
(1) When installed in a location with an open around (Fig. 2-3)
Define the protective zone as follows:
- 1 m around of the unit
- 0.3 m from the ground.
(2) When installed in a location with 3 surfaces opened (in front of a building wall) (Fig. 2-4)
Define the protective zone as follows:
- 1 m to the sides and to the front of the unit
- the rear of the unit to the wall
- 0.3 m from the ground.
(3) When installed in a location with 2 surfaces opened (where the distance between one
side of the unit and the wall is less than 1 m, e.g. at the corner of a building wall) (Fig. 2-5)
Define the protective zone as follows:
- 1 m to the open side of the unit (A)
- 2.5 m to the front of the unit
- from the side of the unit to the wall (B)
- the rear of the unit to the wall
- 0.3 m from the ground.
