    BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for selecting the new PROFORM X-BIKE reading this manual, please see the front cover of this ® DUO exercise bike. Cycling is an effective exercise for manual. Next, insert the Seat Axle (57) through the Seat Frame (8) and the Seat Post (7). Then, tighten an M8 x 16mm Screw (70) with an M8 x 25mm Washer (72) into each end of the Seat Axle at the same time.
