3-PRONG PLUG INSTRUCTIONS
For your personal safety, this appliance must be grounded. This
appliance is equipped with a power supply cord having a 3-prong
grounding plug. To minimize possible shock hazard, the cord must be
plugged into a mating 3 prong, grounding type, wall receptacle,
grounded in accordance with the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA
70 latest edition and all local codes and ordinances. If a mating wall
receptacle is not available, it is the personal responsibility and
obligation of the customer to have a properly grounded, 3-prong, wall
receptacle installed by a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify
the plug in any way.

SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS

A short power cord is provided to reduce the risks of tangling or tripping
over a long cable. Extension cords can be used if care is taken in their
use.
The electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least
equal to that of the appliance. If the electrical rating of the
extension cord is too low, it may overheat and catch fire.
The resulting extended cord should be positioned so that it does
not hang from the counter or table where children might pull or
trip over it.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Remove all inserts and packaging from the product.
Install the drip tray by inserting the two hooks of the drip tray into
the buckles on the back of the unit as shown below.
