CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Always unplug the unit and allow it to FULLY cool down before
cleaning.
•
The cooktop surface may be cleaned using a nylon pad and a mild
liquid soap solution. The cooktop must be cleaned by hand. Allow
the cooktop to dry THOROUGHLY after cleaning.
NOTE: Never use harsh or abrasive cleansers on the surface. The
cooktop must be cleaned by hand.

The griddle attachment MUST be hand-washed with warm water
and a nylon pad with a mild liquid soap solution. Allow it to dry
thoroughly after cleaning.
•
The drip tray must be hand-washed with warm soapy water after
EACH USE.
•
To clean the exterior finish, use a damp, sudsy cloth. For stubborn
stains, a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or spray glass cleanser be
used.
