OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – COOKTOP
1. Place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Make sure to keep
the unit away from other heat sources and to place it at least 8
inches away from any walls or corners. Make sure that the griddle
attachment is not installed when using as a cooktop.
2. Plug the power cord into an outlet.
3. Place a pot or pan onto the cooktop surface. See the TEMPERATURE
ZONES section in this manual for details on each zone's function.
4. Set the desired temperature setting using the control knob to select
between the OFF, LOW, MEDIUM & HIGH settings.
NOTE:
The heating indicator will be illuminated once the appliance
starts heating.
Do not leave the burners on unattended without a pot or pan
on them. Only use flat and stable pots and pans on this
appliance.
5. Once your food starts to cook or boil, manage the temperature
using the control knob to keep the food simmering.
6. Once cooking is complete, set the temperature control knob to
"OFF" and allow the unit to cool down completely.
7. Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
