In this case,

disc, and unlock the _layer.

Symptom
No sound from the
external
speakers

the stereo system
or
other equipment.
No sound from the
stereo speakers.
Remedy
• Ensure
that the player
is connected
properly.
• Ensure
that
the input
settings
for the TV and
stereo system are correct.
• The In/Out select
switch on the player's
left-side
panel is set to "IN". Set it to "OUT".
• When
the
outer
cover
of the player
is closed,
sound
from
the stereo
speakers
automatically
turns
off to conserve
power
and
battery
con-
sumption.
• The volume
level is set to "0" (No sound).
