The products of PRITY Company are made in accordance with the requirements for
safe operation and efficiency, set in BDS EN 13229:2006 and comply with the approved
technical documentation.
The warranty period of the product is 24 (twenty-four) months from the day of the
sale from the trade network, provided that all requirements for proper transportation,
installation and operation are met. For the models with a water heat exchanger, the
warranty is 36 (thirty-six) months.
The manufacturer satisfies all claims, except in cases when:
-
refers to formation of condensation;
-
refers to broken glass or bricks;
-
there is a crack or breakage of cast iron part after use;
-
there is return of exhaust gases (smoking);
-
there are decorative sides with changed colour from thermal overload;
-
the requirements for installation and operation specified in this instruction
and the instruction for installation of water heating systems have not been
observed;
-
the defects have been obtained during transport;
-
the fireplace has a swollen water jacket as a result of exceeding pressure
above the admissible.
Consumer remedies and right of recourse under the Act on the Supply of Digital Content
Art. 33. (1) Where the goods do not comply with the individual requirements for
conformity with the contract, the objective requirements for conformity with the contract
and the requirements for the assembly or the installation of the goods, the consumer shall
have the right to:
1. make a claim by asking the seller to bring the goods into conformity;
2. receive a proportionate reduction in the price;
3. cancel the contract.
(2) In the cases referred to in para 1, item 1 the consumer may choose between repair
or replacement of the goods, unless this proves impossible or would result in
disproportionate costs for the seller, taking into account all the circumstances of the case,
including:
1. the value the goods would have if there was no lack of conformity;
2. the significance of the non-conformity, and
3. the possibility of providing the consumer with the alternative remedy without
significant inconvenience to the consumer.
