Warranty Card; Packing List - PRITY CF Technical Description And Operation Instructions

The products of PRITY are made in conformity with the requirements for safe operation and effectiveness according to:
Bulgarian State Standard EN 13240:2006, BSS EN 12815:2006, BSS EN 13229:2006, LVD 2006/95/EU
The warranty period of the product is two calendar years from the date of the sale from the trade network, provided all requirements for correct
transportation, installation and operation are observed.
For removal of defects, the fireplace is presented to the dealer, from whom it has been purchased, as its warranty card must be obligatorily
enclosed.
All claims are satisfied, except in the following cases, when:
- it refers to formation of condensation;
- it refers to a broken glass pane or bricks;
- there is a return of flue gases (smoking);
- the requirements for installation and operation indicated in the present instructions have not been observed;
- the defects have been caused during transportation.
The warranty is valid only if this guarantee card is filled in and signed legibly in ink or a ball-point pen and stamped.
