MOUNTING
1. Check that the Stop / Run light switch is in the OFF (0) position.
2. Refer to the correct mounting position as indicated in Fig. 1.

3. Remove the case cover by unscrewing the four screws. Note that the potentiometer is connected
to the printed circuit by two wires.
4. Mark and drill 4 holes in the wall, according to the dimensions indicated in Fig. 2.
5. Fix the regulator using the 4 dowels and 4 screws provided with the regulator.
CONNECTION
Connect the power cables, motor and ground of the appropriate diameter to the terminal block
(Fig. 3).

ADJUSTING AND STARTING THE MOTOR
• Turn the speed remote control to the minimum position and start the regulator.
• Using a plastic screwdriver, turn the internal potentiometer until the motor turns smoothly. (Fig. 4)
• This regulator has two starting modes for the motor, which are selected internally by putting or
removing the jumper indicated in Figure 5.
− Quick" Start (Figure 5.A): the motor starts at full speed for 8-10 seconds. The motor speed is
then automatically adjusted according to the position of the speed remote control.
− "Normal" start (Figure 5.B): the motor starts directly according to the position of the remote
control.
Once adjusted, close the box, replace the 4 screws and check that the installation works correctly
as follows:
• Let the motor cool down.
• Turn the speed remote control to the minimum position.
• Start the regulator and if the motor can start, the regulator is properly adjusted.

MAINTENANCE

• Before carrying out any type of manipulation or maintenance, make sure that the regulator and
the motor are disconnected from the electrical network.
• Regulators do not require maintenance under normal conditions
• If it gets dirty, wipe it with a dry cloth or slightly dampened with water, never use aggressive
products.
• Be careful not to let liquids get inside the regulator
• Reconnect the controller to the power supply only when it is completely dry.
