For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "Base cover assembly" on page 71
• "Built-in battery" on page 78
• "Smart card reader-trackpad-NFC cable of ThinkPad X13 2-in-1 Gen 5 (for selected models)" on page 85
Note: There might exist a waterproof mylar covering the trackpad, remove the mylar before replacement.
Step 1. Remove the trackpad and trackpad cable as shown below.
