Unpacking the Appliance

1. Remove the appliance from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging material, such as foils, filling
material, cable ties and cardboard packaging.
3. Check the scope of delivery for completeness.
4. If the contents of the packaging are incomplete or if
damage can be detected, do not operate the appliance.
Return it to the dealer immediately.

5. There may still be dust or production residues on the
appliance. We recommend that you clean the appliance
as described under "Cleaning".

Warnings for the Use of the Appliance

WARNING: Danger of Injury!
• Before switching on, make sure that the tool is cor-
rectly attached and firmly seated.
• Do not touch moving parts.
• Do not manipulate any of the safety switches.
• Pull the mains plug out of the socket when you want to
change the tool.
• Always wait for the tool to come to a standstill!
• If you activate the lever during operation to raise the
arm, a safety switch deactivates the motor.

Electric Connection

Check that the mains voltage to be used matches the volt-
age of the appliance. Refer to the rating label for detailed
specifications.

Functionality of the Appliance

Protective Features
• The appliance is equipped with a safety switch. The ap-
pliance can only be operated if the following is observed:
- The swivel arm is locked in place in the lowest position.
• The electronic speed regulation prohibits a motor drive
overload automatically. The revolutions per minute are
automatically regulated in the case of an overload.
