Power is on , not heating

The Atlas Metal WCM Series may not be heating despite the power being on due to several possible reasons:
1. Incorrect Water Level – If the unit has an Automatic Water Fill system, ensure that the water depth is set correctly (4” from the bottom of the liner for WCM-HP models). If the water level is too low or too high, the heating function may not work properly. 2. Auto Fill Malfunction – If the orange warning light is on, turn off the unit and check that the autofill system is working correctly. A faulty float switch, solenoid valve, or back-flow prevention valve could be causing the issue. 3. Thermostat Issue – Ensure the thermostat is set correctly and functioning. A faulty thermostat knob may prevent the unit from heating. 4. Power Supply Issues – Verify that the unit is receiving the correct voltage (120/208/240V as specified). 5. Component Failure – If none of the above solve the issue, defective internal components (e.g., heating elements or electrical connections) may require replacement under warranty.
Check these factors and contact Atlas Metal for further troubleshooting if needed.
