The warranty is fully integral to the product sold by PELLENC. 10.1.2.1.2. SPARE PARTS The commercial warranty also covers original spare parts PELLENC, excluding labour excluding certain spare parts of each product delivered on delivery.
Products PELLENC connected to a battery are covered by the commercial warranty from the date of delivery to the user customer for a period of two (2) years PELLENC, and for a period of one (1) year in respect of other products PELLENC.
The commercial warranty also covers original spare parts PELLENC, excluding labour and outside the legal or commercial warranty period. In case of replacement of original spare parts PELLENC in the context of after-sales service, said latter are covered by a warranty of one year as from the installation date.
