  • Page 5 Charging your Chiptech GO™ Chiptech GO™ has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The battery life between charges is up to 1 month with standard use. Chiptech GO™ will need to be charged after every alert for help as this uses more power.

    Performing a system check To perform a system check, with the Chiptech GO™ in your hand, press a single button on either side of the device. You should hear it announce 3 things; the battery status, the mobile signal coverage, and the GPS status.

    If no movement is detected for 72 hours, the device will send its GPS location to Telecare24. If you lose your Chiptech GO™ , contact us on 0800 180 82 20. We may be able to locate your device using GPS.
