Set the recorder's VTR switch to ON.
The recorder's control selector can be
set to either the CAMERA or VTR position.
Basic Steps for Camera Recording
Connect the VC-200 camera, the recorder, and the power source, then follow the steps below. (For
details, please refer to pp. 13—17.)

Prepare the electronic viewfinder for
use.
Set the standby/operate switch to
NORM.
Adjust the eyepiece to your eyesight
using the dioptric adjustment ring.
Check the recorder's battery level in¬
dicator if "BATTERY" is blinking in the
viewfinder.
Adjust white balance.
Check the exposure indicator's position
for proper exposure.

Set the focus selector to AUTO or
MANUAL

Select the zoom speed using the power
zoom speed button and push the power
zoom switch.
Set the filter selector according to the
light source.
