Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:

Remove the solid-state drive:
1.
Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screws (1) that secure the drive and bracket, and then remove
the bracket (2).
2.
Pull the drive (3) away out of the socket to remove it.
To install the solid-state drive, reverse the removal procedures.
When installing a solid-state drive, be sure the thermal pad is installed inside of the top bracket
