Brazed areas
<EAHV type LEV for heating>
To create work space, remove the U-pipe located
1
in front of the LEV by removing the braze from
the two areas shown in the figure.
* Save the U-pipe for later use.
Do the same for the 1A, 1B, and 2A sides.
<EAHV type LEV for heating>
To create work space, remove the U-pipe located
1
in front of the LEV by removing the braze from
the two areas shown in the figure.
* Cool the LEV with a wet cloth when brazing the
pipe.
Brazed areas
<EAHV type LEV for heating>
Braze the pipe that was removed in step 5 to the
1
new LEV.
Reverse the procedure to complete the
2
replacement.
* When the unit is airtight or charged with
refrigerant, pressurize the unit from the high
pressure side.
Failure to do so may damage the
compressor.
Refrigerant (R32): EAHV type, 11.5 kg per
system
