5 Troubleshooting
5.1 Troubleshooting electrical system
Symptom
Mains indicator does not light up
Mains indicator lights up, but the motor is not
running
Control box is in order except for one direction
on one channel
Motor is running, but the piston rod does not
move
The motor cannot lift full load
Motor noise, but no movement of piston rod
Piston rod operates inwards and not outwards

— The bed must be unplugged from the main power source before opening or repairing electrical parts.

Mains are not connected
Fuse in the control box is blown

Motor plug is not fully inserted into the
