MIDI Mapping
You should now be familiar with all the control modes that DaScratch supports in the generic preset. Now you're
ready to MIDI map these controls into your application. While mapping controls in software differs from application
to application, most DJ software supports MIDI Learn. To map in MIDI Learn mode simply:
1. Ensure that DaRouter is running and the generic preset is loaded. Load the application you are going to MIDI
map towards.
2. Select the MIDI device "DaRouter" on the MIDI input port ONLY, DO NOT select the SCS.3d. In order to utilize
the functionality of DaRouter you must only use its MIDI port.
3. Consult the owner's manual for the application you're using for specific information on where the MIDI Learn
function is found. The following images show the location of MIDI Learn in a few applications and how they work.

Select function to learn, then press "Learn."

Press MIDI in center column. Select function to learn,
then press the MIDI LEARN button.
4. Press the desired button or move your finger across the desired slider that you would like to associate with the
select MIDI Learn control.
5. Take the application out of MIDI Learn mode and start playing with the controls.
