The trolley is fitted with four 150mm diameter, central breaking castors. The breaking and
directional lock features are controlled by the break bar (Fig 1).
In the central (middle) position the breaks are in the free-spin mode.
To engage the brakes, place your foot on the break bar (Fig 1) and push down firmly, the brake
will lock in place and stop all four castors from moving.
To release the brake place your foot underneath the break bar (Fig 2) and lift it into the middle
position.
The MR5502 has 1 directional locking castor to aid transportation and improve manoeuvrability.
To enable the directional locking castor, place your foot underneath the break bar and lift it to
the raised position (fig 3).
