7.4 Reporting an Issue

Technical Support Procedures

Before contacting Technical Support, please take the following steps. If your system was
purchased through a distributor or reseller, please contact them for troubleshooting services.
They have the best knowledge of your specific system configuration.
1. Please go through the Troubleshooting Procedures and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
sections in this chapter or see the FAQs on our website
