Rear Panel Connections
@ SYSTEM GROUND TERMINAL
To reduce hum to minimum,this terminal is used to interconnect the chassis or secunil lead of the turntable
to this amplifier. Connect the ground lead from your Turntable to this terminal.

@ MC PHONO INPUT JACKS
Connect to the output cables of a turntable with MC (Moving Coil) type phono cartridge.
@ MM PHONO INPUT JACKS
Connect to the output cables of a turntable with MM (Moving Magnet) type phono cartridge.
@ AUX INPUT JACKS
This extra stereo input is provided for any high level sources you may wish to connect to your Amplifier. An
additional compact disc player (CD), Video Disc Player, 2nd video tape recorder (VTR), a turntable with
ceramic cartridge or similar high level source can be plugged into this auxiliary input and selected by the
front panel FUNCTION selector switch.

Connect the output jacks of the compact disc player.
@ TUNER INPUT JACKS
Connect the output jacks of a tuner.
@ EXTERNAL PROCESSOR (EXT PROS) IN/OUT JACKS |
These jacks are provided for using signal modification or equalization equipment such as an EQUALIZER
or SURROUND processor, etc. How to connect: 1) Connect the output of the equipment you want to use to

the left and right of the EXT PROS IN, 2) Connect the input to the left and right of the EXT PROS OUT.
NOTE: When the EXT PROS jacks are not used, make sure to connect across IN and OUT using BuppHee
two jumper-plugs. Failure to do-so results in no output signal from this unit.
® TAPE 1 PLAY JACKS
Input for your Tape Deck or Tape Recorder.Connect the line play jack of your second Tape Deck or Tape
Record to these jack. This playback signal is selected as a litening source by selecting TAPE 1 of the INPUT
SELECTOR switch on the front panel regardless of the position of RECORDING selector switch.
@ TAPE 1 REC JACKS
Output for your Tape Deck or Tape Recorder. Connect the line record jack of your Tape Deck or ae
Recorder to these jacks.
TAPE 2 PLAY JACKS
The output signal coming from your second Tape Deck during playback is fed into these jack and selected
as a listening source by selecting TAPE2 of the INPUT SELECTOR swich on the front panel regardless of
the position of RECORDING selector.
