Working instructions

• The oscillating drive causes the tool attachment to os-
cillate forwards and backwards 10000 to 40000 times
per minute. This enables precise work in narrow spac-
es.
• Ensure that the ventilation slots are not covered.
• Check whether you have selected the correct tool for
the intended use prior to starting operation.
• Switch on the product and only then approach the ma-
terial to be processed.
9.1
Sawing/cutting
• Only use undamaged saw blades that are in perfect
condition. Saw blades that are bent, blunt or damaged
in any other way can break.
• Do not exert excessive pressure on the product. Let
the product do the work.
• When sawing lightweight materials, observe the legal
regulations and the material manufacturer's recom-
mendations.
• Only soft materials such as softwood, plasterboard or
similar are permitted to be machined using the plunge
sawing procedure.
• When cutting wall tiles, note that the tool attachments
are subject to increased wear when used for an ex-
tended period.
9.2
Sanding
• Attaching sanding sheets:
Push the sanding sheets (17) onto the delta grinding
plate (13).
• Removing sanding sheets:
Pull the sanding sheets (17) off the edge of the delta
grinding plate (13) and dispose of them.
• Ensure that the contact pressure is even. Excessively
increasing the contact pressure does not lead to a
higher sanding rate, but to greater wear on the sand-
ing sheets.
