|TO SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR TIME/FRAME
1. Press CHP/TM button.
When
the display shows
chapter No., press this button
again.
2.
Enter (11, [2], [3] and [4] with the digit buttons.
If you make a mistake during entry:
Press CLEAR button to reset the time number to "'0.00"',
and press the correct digit buttons again.

Press PLAY button (>).
CAUTION
@ If a disc does not contain information on the digits of se-
conds, specify the time number only as far as the minute
digits.

Press CHP/TM
button.
2.
Press SKIP button (Id4, PPI) so that the desired
track number appears in the front panel display
window.
3.
Enter the track time (elapsed time from the begin-
ning of the specified track) with the digit buttons
(0-9).
4.
Press PLAY button (P).
1.
Press CHP/TM button so that ''Ab'' appears in the
front panel display
window.
(On the monitor
screen, ''ABS"' appears.)
2.
Enter the elapsed time from the beginning of the
disc with the digit buttons (O—9).
3.
Press PLAY button (P).
Playback starts from the specified elapsed time.
Any desired frame can be searched
for by specifying its
frame number.
1.
Press CHP/TM
button. When the display shows
chapter NO., press this button again. ''Frame 0°'
is displayed.
2.
Enter the required frame number with the digit
buttons (O0—9)
3.
Press PLAY button (P).
NOTES:
® The +170 button does not function.
@ /f you make a mistake during entry, press CLEAR and
press the correct digit buttons.
@ /f time/frame number beyond the fast time/frame num-
ber on the disc is specified, Time/Frame Number Search
cannot be carried out.
To exit search mode:
Press CLEAR button.
When PLAY button (>) on the remote control unit is
pressed:
A still frame is displayed. To start normal playback, press
PLAY button (>).
