CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean carefully by gently wiping with a grit-free damp cloth.
• Use only mild soap with water.
• Never use acids, harsh chemicals, or abrasive detergents to clean the faucet surface.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
There is a leak from the
joint between shower
arm and slide bar.
Suction cup and adhesive
pad do not stay on firmly.
There is a leak from the
ball joint of fix showerhead.
There is a leak from hose
connector.
There is no water coming
out from shower.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The washer inside the connection
nut of the slide bar is missing.
2. The connection nut of the slide bar
is not tightened enough.
1. The wall surface is rough, not
smooth/flat enough.
2. Suction cup is not pressed tightly.
1. No washer in the ball joint.
2. Ball joint is not tightened enough.
1. The washer inside the hose
connector is missing.
2. The hose connector is not
tightened enough.
1. Supply pipe is off.
2. The diverter at the bottom of the
slide bar is not turned on.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Replace with a new washer and
then tighten the connection nut.
2. Tighten the connection nut if
washer is in place.
1. Recommended installation is to
attach the slide bar to the wall
with screws(See detail in IM
step 2.1, 2.1a, 2.1b and 2.2).
2. See detail in IM step 4 to press
the suction cup.
1. Replace a new washer and
tighten the ball joint. If no new
washer available, sealant tape
can be used to assemble and
seal the fix showerhead instead.
2. Tighten the ball joint if washer is
in place.
1. Refer to step 6&7 in the IM to
replace a new washer and
tighten the hose connector.
2. Tighten the hose connector (Do
not overtighten, otherwise the
connector will get damaged).
1. Turn on the supply pipe to make
sure water is coming to the slide
bar.
2. Turn on the diverter for shower
spray.
