This tool is the successor of the SIMATIC Selection Tool and combines the known configurators
for automation technology into one tool.

component selection of the SIMATIC MICRO-DRIVE drive system.

SIMATIC Automation Tool
You can use the SIMATIC Automation Tool to perform commissioning and maintenance activities
simultaneously on various SIMATIC S7 stations and PROFINET devices as a bulk operation
independent of the TIA Portal. For example:

network.
• Flashing of device LEDs or HMI displays to locate a device
