- Page 8 STEP 2 MOUNTING THE WALL PLATE ON THE WALL OPTION A: FOR DRYWALL ONLY WARNING • It is an installation option if the TV wall mount cannot be centered over two wood studs. • Drywall covering must be between 3/8″ (9.5mm) and 5/8″ (16mm) thick.
- Page 9 OPTION B: MOUNTING ON WOOD STUD WALLS IMPORTANT: Maximum horizontal distance between fasteners is 16″ (406mm). • Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).

- Page 12 Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the drilled holes. Ensure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface. Hammer (not included) Mount the wall plate [03] on the wall using the lag screws [A1] and anchors [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).
- Page 13 STEP 3 TESTING TV WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION Before hanging the TV on the mount, pull down on the mount with your hands to check that it’s securely installed. 100 lbs (45kg) STEP 4 MOUNTNG THE TV ON THE WALL PLATE If latches are open, press down on the latches.
- Page 14 Hang the TV on the wall plate [03], then press forward. The latches should engage on the wall plate [03]. HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step CAUTION: Make sure the safety latches are in the locked position so the TV is securely fastened to the wall plate.

STEP 5 REMOVING THE TV To remove the TV, first disconnect all cables. Pull the cords [R] down and hold them while gently pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall plate [03]. Exerting too much force may cause the latches to break. -
