Steps
1. Remove the two screws (M2.5x4.5) that secure the left display hinge to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2. Remove the two screws (M2.5x4.5) that secure the right display hinge to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Peel the tape that secures the display-cable connector latch to the system board.
4. Lift the latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the system board.
5. Peel the tape that secures the wireless antenna cables to the system board.
6. Unroute the wireless antenna cables from the routing guides of the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
7. Gently lift the palm-rest and keyboard assembly off the display assembly.
NOTE:
This display assembly is a Hinge-Up Design (HUD) and cannot be further disassembled once it has been removed
from the computer. If any of the components within the display assembly is faulty, replace the entire display assembly.
