 Errors due to moving the weighing unit
The performance of this device is guaranteed when it is not moving.
When incorporating the weighing unit into a system that moves the main body, pay sufficient attention
to the following and perform a thorough preliminary check.
 If moving the weighing unit, it may be damaged by impact.
Also, the measured value will not be stable immediately after moving.
Avoid sudden movement, stopping, and impact, and provide a sufficient waiting time for the
measurement value to stabilize when acquiring measurement data.
 The moving device should have a structure where the weighing unit can be kept level.
 In order to avoid the influence of vibration, the moving table should have a structure that is less
susceptible to vibration, such as reducing the play of moving parts.
 Errors due to other causes and measures to take
Change in temperature or humidity
A sudden change in temperature or humidity can generate a draft and cause the balance to absorb or
exude moisture, which leads to unstable displays.
 Avoid sudden change in temperature or humidity.
 Use an air conditioner or humidifier to control the temperature or humidity.
Magnetic material
The balance uses a strong magnet as part of the balance assembly, so use much care when
weighing magnetic materials.
 Place a non-magnetic object such as aluminum or brass between the sample and the balance
to keep an appropriate distance between them while weighing.
