faulty. Replace the
Smart Dongle.
Abnormal No communication
with the SUN2000
– Remove and then
insert the Smart
Dongle.
– Check whether the
SUN2000 matches
the Smart Dongle.
– Connect the Smart
Dongle to another
SUN2000.
Check whether the
Smart Dongle is
faulty or the USB
port of the
SUN2000 is faulty.
Normal Connecting to the
router.
Connected to the
management system.
The SUN2000
communicates with
the management
system through the
Smart Dongle.
