Basic Deactivation Procedure
1. Remove the D.E.S.S. key from the vehicle.
2. Install and lock the D.E.S.S. locking device.
3. Place the D.E.S.S. locking device key and
D.E.S.S. key in a safety lock box.
4. Lock the safety lock box with a personal padlock.
