Trouble
No weld output; unit completely inop-
erative.
No weld output; meter display On.
Erratic or improper weld output.
No 110 volts AC output at duplex re-
ceptacle, Remote 14 receptacle.
No 24 volts AC output at Remote 14
receptacle.

Place line disconnect switch in On position (see Section 5-5).
Check and replace line fuse(s), if necessary, or reset circuit breaker (see Section 5-6).
Check for proper input power connections (see Section 5-6).
If using remote control, be sure Mode Selector switch is in a position that provides output control at
Remote 14 receptacle.
Check, repair, or replace remote control.
Unit overheated. Allow unit to cool with fan On (see Section 4-4).
Use proper size and type of weld cable (see Section 5-2).
Clean and tighten all weld connections.
Reset supplementary protector CB1.
Reset supplementary protector CB2.
