LABELING
FLOPPY
DISKS
Two
labels
may
be affixed
to a floppy
disk
as
shown
in
the
illustration
at left.
One
label
can
identify
the
disk
type, show
the number
of bytes
available
for storage
and
indicate
the proper
way
to insert
it.
Labels
are
available
that
may
be
affixed
to
a
disk
for
the
purpose
of
identifying
the contents
of the disk.
Use
the
labels
that
come
with
new
disks.
Before
attaching
a label
to a disk,
write
identifying
information
on
it.
Do
not
write
on
a
label
that
is on
a disk.
Place
the label on
the disk,
not
on the protective
envelope.
