7.2 SETTING UP

Set-up location
The set-up location and place of use of the device must meet these requirements:
Dry and clean interior, free of explosive or flammable substances and dust
Temperature within the permitted range for operation (see technical data)
No obstacles or dangerous objects under or near the device,
No heat sources or vents under or near the unit,
Minimum distance to walls or objects 2 m (6.6 ft),
Flat, firm and non-slip surface; with protective mat for sensitive surfaces.

7.3 ADJUSTING

7.3.1 Adjusting saddle height
Before you start exercising, adjust the saddle to the correct height. To do this, turn the knob at the
lower end of the seat post counterclockwise to loosen it and pull it out. Now raise or lower the seat
post until you have reached the desired position. With the seat post in this position, put the knob
back in and turn it clockwise to tighten.
Let the seat post (23) protrude from the frame at most so far that the ‚MAX' mark
is just visible. If the seat post protrudes further from the frame, it is unstable.
This can lead to injuries or damage to property.
7.3.2 Adjusting the horizontal saddle position
The saddle should be adjusted horizontally so that your back angle is comfortable
and your arms are slightly bent.
Loosen the knob at the bottom of the saddle holder: To do this, turn counterclockwise.
Move the saddle horizontally on the saddle holder. Tighten the knob again.
7.3.3 Put down the smart device
If you want to use your smartphone or tablet during the workout, place them in the holder and use its
fastening system.
