- A magnetic solenoid-operated water shutoff valve rated at 10.3 bar water pressure should be
mounted in the water outlet line after the oil cooler. The valve should be wired into the compressor
control circuit so that the valve opens to allow water to flow any time the compressor is running. When
compressor stops under automatic control, or is shut off manually, the valve should close, stopping water
flow through the system. See Wiring Diagrams, pages 33 thru 36.
