Both sensor types are installed together as a movable module. 3.5.1 Transmissive sensor The transmissive sensor is used for detecting gaps across the entire width of the label.

If the problem persists, replace the printhead. If the ribbon roll rotation is unstable, check the label path and make sure the head latch is securely closed.

Daily maintenance is recommended for high volume printing and weekly maintenance is recommended for low volume printing. Warning Always turn off the printer before cleaning.
