FORWARD COLLISION
WARNING (FCW) SYSTEM
Function Description
If the Forward collision warning system
is activated it will alert you in case of a
collision risk giving enough time to act
avoid or eliminate potential collision
risks.
Note: When distance between the
vehicles is too short, the safety distance
reminder will be activated and "PLEASE
KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE" reminder will
displayed.
Note: Speed range between 65km/h
and 150 km/h.
WARNINGS
In all circumstances, you are the
person responsible for controlling
the vehicle, supervising the system
and intervening if necessary. Failure to
use caution may result in the loss of
control of your vehicle, serious personal
injury or death.
The system was designed to assist
the driver. It is not meant to replace
your attention and judgment.
You are still responsible for driving with
due care and attention.
The system does not detect
vehicles in a different direction,
pedestrians at night, cyclists or
animals. Failure to use caution may
result in the loss of control of your
vehicle, serious personal injury or death.

Driving Aids
The system does not work during
acceleration or hard steering. If you
fail to use caution, collisions or
injuries may occur.
The system may fail or operate
with reduced function during cold
and adverse weather conditions.
Snow, ice, rain, spray and fog can
adversely affect the system. Keep the
front camera and sensor free from snow
and ice. Failure to take care may result in
the loss of control of your vehicle,
serious personal injury or death.
The system cannot help to avoid
all collisions. Do not rely on this
system to replace the driver's
common sense and the need to maintain
a safe distance and speed.
Switching the System On and Off
Note: The system is switch On by
default during vehicle start
Note: Set sensitivity warning level
(sensitivity) to high/medium/low as
required.
Note: With high level of sensitivity the
system will warn about the collision risk
earlier with higher frequency.
