Importing data
If you have been working with Memobase CYZ41D up until now, you can import your data into
Memobase Plus CYZ71D.
1.
Start the DBConverter.exe application on the DVD.
2.
Under "Source Database" specify the database to be imported.
3.
Under "Target Database" select the database into which you want to import the old
database.
4.
Click "Convert".
The old data are marked blue so that users can differentiate the old imported data from the
newly generated data. The reason for this is that the old data could, in theory, have been
tampered with before the import. By marking the data blue, greater transparency and data
integrity is ensured.
