9.7 Error messages

The heater continuously monitors process parameters and other variables that are important
for the heating process to run as smoothly as possible.
If something is wrong, the heating process usually stops, and a pop-up screen appears with
an error message.
Error message
"No temperature increase measured"
"An internal communication error
occurred"
"Thermocouple 1 disconnected"
"Thermocouple 2 disconnected"
"Delta T timeout"
"The mains voltage has dropped
below the operating limit"
"The mains voltage has exceeded the
operating limit"
"The mains frequency has dropped
below 45Hz"
"The mains frequency has exceeded
65Hz"
"The power frequency is too unstable
for operation, Attention: the crossbar
has not been demagnetized!"
"The environment temperature is
below -10°C"
"The environment temperature is
above 70°C"
"The mains current has exceeded its
limit, Attention: the crossbar has not
been demagnetized!"
"The coil current has exceeded its
limit, Attention: the crossbar has not
been demagnetized!"
"The capacitor current has exceeded
its limit, Attention: the crossbar has
not been demagnetized!"

Nature of the error
Insufficient temperature rise within
set time.
Communication problem between
printing that could not be resolved
automatically.
Thermocouple 1 is not connected or
defective.
Thermocouple 2 is not connected or
defective.
The difference in temperature
between the two sensors did not fall
below the set limit value within the set
time during a ΔT pause.
The supply voltage is lower than 80V.
The supply voltage is above 280V.
The AC frequency is lower than 45Hz.
The AC frequency is higher than 65Hz.
The AC frequency is unstable.
The ambient temperature is lower
than -10°C.
The ambient temperature is higher
than 70°C.
An effective current from the mains
is too high.
An effective current through the coil
is too high.
An effective current through the
capacitor is too high.
Solution
Switch off the mode or set it
differently. If the error still occurs,
consider using a heavier device.
Switch off the device with the main
switch and wait a few seconds. Then
switch the device on again.
Connect a thermocouple or try a
different thermocouple.
Connect a thermocouple or try a
different thermocouple.
If desired, increase the pause time
for ΔT.
Check the mains voltage.
Check the mains voltage.
Check the mains frequency.
Check the mains frequency.
Check the mains frequency.
Switch off the device and wait until
the ambient temperature has risen
above -10°C (14°F). If the temperature
is within the limit and the error still
occurs, please contact your supplier.
Switch off the device and wait until the
ambient temperature has dropped
below 70°C (158°F). If the temperature
is within the limit and the error still
occurs, please contact your supplier.
If the problem persists, contact your
supplier.
Switch the device off and on and try
again. If the problem persists, contact
your supplier.
