Installation

Installing the loop to the fixture frame
□
Set screw (C), washer (D), and lock nut (E) are pre-installed
on theloop and need to be released for installation first.
□
Place the set screw (C) pass through the loop (A) and fixture
frame (F).
□
Place the washer (D) pass onto the set screw (C)
and then twist the lock nut (E) into set screw (C) by hand.

Attaching the fixture base to the fixture frame
□
Place the fixture frame (F) on a horizontal surface.
□
Carefully place each piece glass sheet A (I) into the front and back side of the fixture frame (F).
□
Carefully place each piece glass sheet B (J) into the left and right side of the fixture frame (F).
□
Use a phillips screwdriver to screw the pan screw (L) into the holes on the fixture base (K)
□
There are holes in all four corners of the fixture base (K), make sure that each one pan screw (L) is tightened
tightly.

Attaching the mounting plate to the outlet box
□
Place the mounting plate (AA) in front of the outlet
box (sold separately) in the upward direction of the
arrow. Make sure the two protruding edge of the
mounting plate (AA) are facing up/down.
□
Ensure the wires from the outlet box are either inside
the outlet box, or through the hole in the center of the
mounting plate (AA)
□
Place the outlet box screws (CC) through the long oval holes
on the mounting plate (AA) and use a philips screwdriver to
screw the outlet box screws (CC) into the appropriate screw
holes on the outlet box.
